Mindful Outdoor Experiences will assist you to slow down, quiet your mind, notice nature and allow nature to begin to relax your body and expand your sensory awareness.
These are 1-2.5 hour outdoor adventures that require a little bit of slow walking, some sitting, and some quiet away from any electronic device. Bring a small folding chair/stool, water, and dress for the weather conditions. Sturdy footwear is suggested as the ground may be uneven.
